LSX Column Swivel Crane

The strong point for LSX column cranes is the work environment with limited space height. Thanks to its special design with a raised profile boom, a high-quality lifting height can still be achieved even with a low ceiling. The boom and hoist are located at a safe distance from the operating person's movement space. LSX column crane has manual swing arm, hoist travel is optional, manual push or electric two-speed, lifting is electric two-speed.

The crane can be attached using a steel anchor plate with chemical anchors designed for dynamic loads, or to a concrete base (footings).

Anchoring options‍

‍To the existing floor, using a spreading plate, the crane is supplied with anchor bolts, spreading plate and chemical mortarFor this method of anchoring, the floor must be at least 200mm concrete C20/25. It is necessary to perform a static calculation — ITECO will ensure in the price of the work! The investor shall provide proof of the design materials from the floor (cut, quality, composition...), if not available, arrange for the construction and technical survey of the floor to be carried out. If the floor is not suitable, it is necessary to build a footboard.

‍Into concrete base, supplied with anchor bolts and templateInvestror builds the foot and the reinforcement basket according to the supplied drawing, then invites us to take the foundation joint, when the statics bring with them the anchor bolts and the template. After taking the foundation joint, it is possible to concrete the anchor bolts of the crane according to the template.
