Authorised service of ABUS cranes
In the event of a breakdown of the ABUS crane, a hot line and remote technical assistance are available on the phone 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. After specifying the defect, the trained service technician will travel to the repair site on the agreed date. In doing so, it can rely on a stock of ordinary spare parts in the vehicle, or on the supply of spare parts from the Iteco warehouse.
Regular inspections and tests of ABUS cranes, crane track inspections
Iteco carries out regular inspections, audits and tests of cranes by trained professionals and revision technicians in accordance with crane manuals and applicable laws and standards
- for dedicated lifting equipment according to Act 250/2021 Coll. and Government Decree
193/2022 Coll., further assesses the safe operating time and residual life of lifting equipment in accordance with ČSN ISO 12482:2019.
We also carry out inspections of crane tracks according to ČSN 73 2604.
By ordering a regular inspection, the customer receives a timely diagnosis of a possible defect and minimization of malfunctions on the crane in daily operation.
Special assessment of ABUS cranes — overhaul according to ČSN ISO 12482:2019
If the ABUS hoisting device or crane approaches the designed limiting conditions, or if its service life is exhausted, an authorized technical expert from Iteco Abus will carry out a special assessment of the hoist or crane in accordance with the instructions and standard ČSN ISO 12482:2019. Depending on the economic expediency, an overhaul is carried out or a new facility is offered.
Supply of spare parts ABUS
Based on your spare part specification, we will supply you with parts in the required quantity and in the highest quality. Standard parts in our central warehouse are delivered as standard within 3 days, in case of delivery of a part from the manufacturer's warehouse within 7 working days. The delivery time can be shortened at the request of the customer for an additional fee by using express shipping.

Crane tracks and tailor-made special applications
We focus on the areas of crane tracks, special cranes and other custom applications on the basis of studies and projects. The result is a basic design with a budget, close cooperation with the customer's technicians is necessary.
For certain parts of the application, ABUS components such as lifting units, traverse crossbars and blocks, as well as whole cranes with a suitable suspension device can be used again.
Reconstruction and modernization of ABUS cranes
An integral part of our offer are upgrades and various “retrofits” according to customer requirements for already operated ABUS cranes.
Among the most common are the replenishment of crane cats, increasing the load capacity, changing the span and subsequent relocation, replenishment of weights, replenishment of radio remote controls, resolution of collision situations with other machines, etc.
