QUOTATION OFFICER FOR NEW LIFTING EQUIPMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Creation of binding (not indicative) offers for new hoisting equipment (cranes) on the basis of received inquiries including calculation sheets (comprehensive project costing including assembly), word description, technical specifications and simple drawing with crane parameters and integration of crane into construction
• Design and pricing of auxiliary steel structures such as crane tracks, columns and powered cranes.
• Construction works are not included in the calculation
• The design and design of the crane itself is not required (creates an internal program)
• Occasional trips to customers to clarify the requirement
• Send and track the quotation, possible adjustments and price negotiations in order to obtain the largest possible number of orders.
• In the case of ordering by the customer, the creation of the contract folder and the delivery to the manager of the contract for implementation.

WE DEMAND

• It's mine. Secondary school or university education in technical direction, construction or engineering
• Practice in a similar position from the environment of machinery and steel structures
• Design thinking and spatial imagination (incorporating the crane into construction and operation)
• Knowledge of creating technical documentation and reading technical drawings
• ŘP sk. B
• Basic knowledge of English, or NJ (writing — mail, tech. documentation)
• Knowledge, experience and practice in the field of lifting technology — a great advantage
• Orientation in the purchase prices of oversized transports — an advantage
• Basic knowledge of standards and legislation in the field of lifting technology — a great advantage
• Excellent communication skills, ability to sell
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel,...)
• Willingness to learn new things (e.g. internal bidding program)
• Communicability within the team and towards customers
